Hustler Turf Equipment Introduces Electric Zero Turn, Other Products at GIE+Expo

Leading the product introductions, the Hustler Zeon is the world’s first all-electric zero-turn riding mower for both consumer and commercial applications.

Hustler Turf Equipment is pleased to announce that the company will expand their product lineup by introducing mowing products with advanced technology and design at the 2008 GIE+Expo.

Leading the product introductions, Hustler Turf is debuting the Hustler Zeon, the world’s first all-electric zero-turn riding mower for both consumer and commercial applications. This mower’s cost-saving power source and quiet operating sound will create great change in the mowing industry.

Hustler Turf Equipment will showcase four other new or re-designed models at GIE+Expo:

Hustler Sport
For the homeowner who wants Hustler quality at an affordable price, the Hustler Sport is the answer. This zero-turn mower features a 3-gallon fuel capacity, SmoothTrak steering with patented automatic park brake system and a two-year, limited warranty – parts and labor. Two configurations will be available – a 17.5 horsepower Briggs & Stratton engine with 42” deck, as well as a 21 horsepower Briggs & Stratton engine with 48” deck.

Hustler M-1
The Hustler M-1 is perfect for the commercial cutter who wants Hustler quality in a trim mower. This commercial-duty, 21-inch trim mower utilizes a twin blade mulching system, a heavy-duty yet lightweight cast-aluminum deck and an extra-large discharge opening. This allows for better flow and distribution of grass clippings, improving mowing efficiency and finished appearance.

Hustler ATZ
Already a popular Hustler Turf model, the ATZ has been re-designed for enhanced performance and safety. With increased horsepower and a tilt mechanism for driver comfort, this all-terrain model is built to increase productivity with an emphasis on safety.

Hustler TrimStar Hydro WalkBehind
With improved features, the re-designed commercial walk-behind TrimStar offers users a heavier-duty transmission than before, along with improved handling and stability. The re-designed TrimStar also provides a one-step height adjustment system, with a deck lift that has just one lever instead of several sets of pins. To cater to a variety of needs, three deck sizes will be available for the TrimStar – 36”, 48” and 54.”  Additionally, Hustler will offer an electric start option for the 54” configuration.
