Illinois Company Wins Local Landscape Maintenance Award

Moore Landscapes was recognized for its work with the High Rise Building Award.

Fla
Moores Landscapes recently won an award for its work at this apartment complex.

Living in a high-rise apartment may give residents great views of their surrounding cities, but shouldn’t the ground-level atmosphere be just as inviting?

Moore Landscapes thinks so, and the Northbrook, Ill.-based landscape maintenance and installation firm was recently recognized with the Best Landcsape – High Rise Building award at the 11th annual Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards.

A high honor in the property management industry, 100 West Chestnut Apartments was one of more than 750 properties visited by the panel of 30 apartment industry experts.

“It’s gratifying when the industry recognizes the attention to detail and dedication provided by our crew leaders and members,” says Project Manager Jim Davis. Parts of Moore Landscapes’ design included reworking the flowerbeds and adding new planters on the property. “This was our first year of landscape maintenance at this property,” Davis adds. “Every employee inside and outside the office works as a team to ensure that each of our clients receive the best landscape care available.”
