RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. - The Pendulum Awards™ is a new program designed to uncover inventive and effective business management ideas that can benefit the lawn care industry. The program, co-sponsored by BASF Corporation, Lawn & Landscape magazine and the Professional Lawn Care Association of America (PLCAA) is in its inaugural year for lawn care operators (LCOs).
The Pendulum Awards offers LCOs the opportunity to share with their colleagues the ideas that have contributed to the success of their business and to receive industry-wide recognition for their innovative thinking.
"BASF is very pleased to support initiatives that help grow the lawn care industry, and that is exactly what the Pendulum Awards are intended to do," said William Strickland, BASF's marketing manager for the turf and ornamental group. "By identifying and sharing the innovative business-building ideas of lawn care operators, everyone in the industry can benefit. We are also grateful for the co-sponsorship of Lawn and Landscape magazine and the Professional Lawn Care Association of America."
