Integrity Landscape acquires Serpico Landscaping

San Francisco-based Integrity Landscape Corporation acquired Serpico Landscaping, a full-service commercial landscaping company operating across the Bay Area.

Integrity is a portfolio company of Seacoast Capital and Galaxi Group, a west coast based independent sponsor.

White Oak Global Advisors, a private investment firm specializing in providing financing solutions to support the business needs of middle and lower-middle market enterprises, provided a senior secured loan to Integrity to refinance existing debt and finance the acquisition of Serpico.
