Campbell Mfg., headquartered in Bechtelsville, Pa., purchased the operating assets of Brady Products of Clearwater, Fla.
Brady, which has been in business for more than 65 years, manufactures a line of air volume control products, check and foot valves, sump pump check valves, well points and products for the environmental construction and irrigation industries. Brady distributes its products worldwide.
Sales, customer service and manufacturing for Brady products will be merged with the Campbell Manufacturing and Monoflex division operations in Bechtelsville, Pa., with some manufacturing in the Monoflex location in Largo, Fla.
