Isuzu launches new body program with Aebi Schmidt

Isuzu dealers will be able to purchase completed trucks through Isuzu with the new Advantic body.

Isuzu Commercial Truck of America has launched a new body program in collaboration with Aebi Schmidt.

Isuzu dealers will be able to purchase completed trucks through Isuzu with the new Advantic body. The Advantic body features sleek, modern styling with an exterior designed to enhance durability and leak resistance. The body is constructed with high-tensile glass fiber panels and a high-grade aluminum frame. The body can be transferred between chassis over its service life.

Advantic bodies will be assembled in Landisville, Pennsylvania to serve Isuzu’s largest markets in the Northeast region.

“The Advantic body program represents a major step forward in the ongoing collaboration between Aebi Schmidt and Isuzu," says Jacob Farmer, president of commercial & fleet at Aebi Schmidt Group. "This turnkey premium solution meets the evolving needs of commercial customers. By combining advanced materials, precision engineering, and domestic manufacturing in Landisville, we are delivering a product built for long-term durability and performance.”

“Isuzu dealers are consistently asking for streamlined solutions that reduce complexity and speed up delivery to customers,” says Shaun Skinner, president of Isuzu Commercial Truck of America. “This new program gives dealers access to a unique premium body offering that their customers will appreciate and the best part is that it is a one-invoice solution that helps them stock work-ready trucks.”
