The Independent Turf and Ornamental Distributors Association (ITODA) will host a Distributors Management Forum at the Sheraton Ferncroft Resort, Danvers, Mass., from June 22 to 24, targeted for owners and senior management of independent distributors. “Growing and Protecting Your Profits” is the theme for the meeting, and speakers will use real-world experience to provide information to increase financial intelligence and improve financial strategies. Deadline for early bird registration is May 20.
Featured presenters include:
- Roy Janis and Henry White, R.M. Janis and Associates, who will focus on financial information and innovative business development to help companies chart a new future direction
- Drew Landry, John G. Burk & Co., who will provide information on understanding tax implications of financial decisions.
Meeting registration is limited to independent distributors, and the program is organized to provide maximum discussion among those attending.
On Wednesday evening there will be an opportunity for visiting Newburyport for a reception and dinner. Thursday’s optional dinner will be at the Corinthian Yacht Club, Marblehead, featuring views of the harbor.
Registration includes attendance at educational sessions, continental breakfasts and breaks, and Wednesday’s welcome reception. Early Bird Registration fee, prior to May 20, is $470 and regular registration, May 20 and later, is $540. Tickets must be purchased in advance for the Thursday night dinner.

ITODA is a national organization representing independently owned businesses who sell to the turf and landscape industry, as well as the suppliers and manufacturers who sell to them.
