Jobber has added three new features powered by Jobber AI.
Jobber recently launched an AI-powered Receptionist, designed to deliver 24/7 customer service and capture more leads. Jobber is following that up with the release of these new components:
- Jobber Voice allows service pros to action tasks hands-free while they're working on site
- Campaign Generator automatically generates branded, ready-to-send email campaigns in minutes
- New automations draft quotes for service pros to review and alert them when a high value request comes in
"Home service pros don't have time to chase trends — they need technology that works for them today, in the field, under real pressure," says Sam Pillar, CEO and co-founder at Jobber. "With Jobber AI, we're not just keeping pace with change. We're setting the standard for how AI can truly serve small businesses. This is about transforming everyday workflows into opportunities for faster growth, better service, and more time where it counts."
Jobber Voice can handle tasks like documenting work and sending invoices; creating and sending quotes; getting directions to the next job site; providing updates to clients; and checking business performance.
Meanwhile, with Campaign Generator, pros simply tell Jobber their campaign objective, and Jobber AI will build branded, customized, ready-to-send email campaigns instantly. Examples include "Re-engage past clients who haven't booked fall cleanups yet" or "promote our new lawn aeration service to clients with upcoming visits."
Campaign Generator handles everything from structure to copy, so pros can launch targeted outreach in minutes.
Finally, Jobber's new automations bring AI-driven intelligence into the flow of work, surfacing the right recommendation at exactly the right time. These automations analyze real home service workflows to recommend the next best action, including auto-drafted quotes and high-value quote alerts.
The new quote automations are available today on the Jobber web app for Connect, Grow, and Plus plan members.
"The best technology doesn't get in the way — it feels like part of the team, where you train it once and can rely on it to do exactly what you need," says Forrest Zeisler, chief technology officer and co-founder at Jobber. "What makes Jobber AI different is how it connects the whole workflow—starting with the first homeowner request and going all the way to the final payment—removing friction at every step. It's not about flashy features, but about creating a dependable system that helps service businesses run smarter and scale more easily."
