JohnDow Industries has promoted Tim Beltitus to the newly created role of director of inside sales & customer support.
Beltitus has been part of JDI’s inside sales team over the past six years. This new role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution, where Beltitus will lead the inside sales and customer support team while working on the customer experience as well. Leading these support teams includes optimizing daily processes, improving response and resolution processes, and strengthening customer relationships. Strategically, Beltitus will also be tasked with new business development efforts along with establishing customer growth opportunities.
