K-Industries Appoints Conroy CFO

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. – K-Industries, the parent company of irrigation manufacturer K-Rain Mfg. Corp., has announced the appointment of Lisa Conroy as chief financial officer. With more than 20 years experience in corporate finance, Ms. Conroy will oversee the financial operations of all K-Industries business interests including K-Enterprises, K-Rain Mfg. Corp., K-Industries USA and Dominica, Archer Engineered Resins and C& SIndustries Dominica.

Ms. Conroy joins K-Industries from Minitab, an international developer and marketer of statistical software, where she served for 11 years as controller and chief financial officer.  A certified public accountant, Ms. Conroy received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
