KeyServ Company, founded by Jeff Domenick and backed by Kidd & Company, a private investment firm, has acquired six landscape-service companies. Each acquisition is intended to establish and enhance a market footprint in the Southeastern United States.

The six deals comprise of three initial companies closed on December 31, 2021, in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, followed with two tuck-ins and one additional platform in Alabama.

- Blue Bell Landscaping – Merritt Island, FL
- Imagine Outdoor Lighting – Charlotte, NC
- Tesh-Troxler Landscapes & Designs – Concord, NC
- Quality Creative Landscaping – Birmingham and Huntsville, AL
