KeyServ Company, a landscaping firm that ranks No. 93 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list, has made several leadership hires and promotions.
Taylor Kelly is now the vice president of human resources. Taylor joins the team with over 10 years of people-centered and culture-building experience. Most recently, she served as head of HR at Scrum Alliance.
Kelly has previously modernized HR functions at ASCAP, a 100-year-old, billion-dollar organization with over 500 employees, and was the founding HR leader for a multi-site urgent care organization that scaled from 50 to more than 1,300 employees in less than four years. She brings a data-driven, pragmatic, and people-centered approach to building high-performing teams and scalable people systems
"I am delighted to announce Taylor as our new vice president of human resources,” says Jeff Domenick, KeyServ founder and CEO. “As we continue to grow, it is crucial that our leadership team reflects our core values. Taylor has an unmatched ability to balance strategic business objectives with genuine empathy, ensuring that our people are not just seen as employees, but as the heartbeat of our company. I have total confidence that under Taylor’s guidance, we will strengthen a culture where talent thrives, collaboration wins, and everyone feels valued. "
“I’m honored to join KeyServ at such a pivotal moment in its growth,” Kelly says. “As the company continues to scale, my focus will be on building people-centric systems that support the business while preserving what makes KeyServ special: a genuine commitment to supporting employees and a relentless focus on excellence for our customers. I’m excited to partner with the leadership team to ensure our culture and infrastructure grow as thoughtfully as our business.”
Meanwhile, Jacob Lachapelle is now the vice president of finance. Lachapelle served as KeyServ director since January of 2024. Prior to joining KeyServ, Lachapelle served as a leader in accounting, financial planning and reporting at One Eighty Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. His background includes significant contributions at Eaton Corporation, Amsted Rail Company, West & Company, and notable service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
"I am honored to be named the vice president of finance at KeyServ Company," Lachapelle says. "I look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to contribute to the continued financial success and strategic growth of our organization for the benefit of our associates, our customers and investors."
"I am absolutely thrilled to announce the promotion of Jacob Lachapelle to vice president of finance," Domenick says. "Over the past two years, Jacob has not only demonstrated deep technical expertise but has also shown the kind of strategic leadership that moves our company forward. He carries outcomes, owns results, and is a true steward of our financial health. This promotion is a direct reflection of his incredible dedication, and I couldn't be more confident in his ability to lead our finance team into this next chapter."
Additionally, Trim All Lawn Service, a KeyServ Company, has made local horticulturalist and community contributor Vanneza Stubbs a branch manager in Fernandina Beach, Florida. She will oversee daily operations, finances, and lead the team with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
“I’m excited to join this team and feel honored to represent Trim All in my hometown,” Vanneza says.
Stubbs joins KeyServ Company with over 20 years of experience in the landscape and horticulture industry, with deep roots in Fernandina Beach, Florida. After moving to Florida as a teenager, she quickly discovered her passion for plants and pursued a bachelor's degree in landscape horticulture with a minor in business from the University of Florida.
Throughout her career, Stubbs worked with several local nurseries and landscape maintenance companies in roles including crew leader, account manager and business developer. She also ran her own small design-and-install business while raising her young family.
Stubbs is active in her local chamber of commerce, where she’s built lasting partnerships with fellow contractors and business professionals. Her civic engagement includes serving on the board of Conserve Nassau, addressing flooding and redevelopment issues, and speaking regularly at city planning meetings. Recently, she was appointed by the Nassau County Commissioners to the Nassau County Amelia Island Tree Commission, where she helps shape policy on protected trees and development standards.
Stubbs is currently preparing to sit for her ISA Arborist Exam, with plans to complete her certification by 2027. Outside of work, she participates in salsa or contemporary dancing, swimming in Florida’s springs and takes her kids on weekend adventures.
Finally, Quality Creative Landscaping, a KeyServ Company, has appointed industry veteran Miles Duncan as regional vice president of construction in Alabama. Duncan will oversee landscape construction operations and lead the team with a focus on delivering on-time and on-budget results. Duncan has over 10 years of experience leading commercial, industrial and institutional projects nationwide.
“I am thrilled to introduce Miles Duncan, who will be joining KeyServ as the RVP of Construction for our Alabama operations," Domenick says. "Miles comes to us with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in managing large construction projects nationwide. He will play a critical role as we accelerate our growth strategy in 2026 and beyond.”
