CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Low Voltage Lighting Institute of the Americas has awarded Kichler Landscape Lighting the first Manufacturer of the Year Award. LVLIA was founded a number of years ago by a group of national landscape lighting contractors. The organization was formed in an effort to exemplify the qualities of professionalism, integrity and excellence in serviceing clients in the business of low-voltage landscape and architectural lighting.

Kichler Landscape Lighting joined the organization four years ago and has been an active member since that time. Kichler Landscape Lighting General Manager Jack Miller and National Sales Manager Mike Southard attended the LVLIA Annual Convention and Certification Testing in February. The closing banquet included the honor of naming Kichler Landscape Lighting Manufacturer of the Year. Members of the organization from around the country voted among other manufacturers such as Hadco, Vista and RUUD.
“Personally, I was quite surprised and honored to receive this award,” Miller told Lawn & Landscape. “LVLIA Honored Kichler for its support and dedication to the organization. As a company, we at Kichler are very proud of the accomplishments of the LVLIA and support it 100 percent.”
