LandCare
LandCare has expanded its footprint in Southern California with the opening of two new branches in Ontario and Carlsbad.
This growth strengthens the company’s service reach across Riverside and San Diego counties, bringing its total number of branches in the region to six. LandCare earned No. 13 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list in 2024.
As part of this growth, LandCare has promoted Gonzalo Aleman to branch manager of the newly opened Ontario location. A Southern California native, Aleman began his career with LandCare in 2017 as a production manager in its Riverside branch, joining the team with seven years of prior industry experience. He was promoted to account manager in 2023, where he built relationships with premier clients in the Inland Empire. In his new leadership role, Aleman will focus on development and leading his team in the Ontario market.
“Gonzalo’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in driving the success of our operations. His hard work speaks volumes about his commitment and capability to build trusting relationships with his clients,” says Alec Ryan, vice president of LandCare’s Southwest division. “Beyond business growth, his ability to recruit and retain strong teams will be a tremendous asset as we continue to expand throughout Southern California.”
