LandCare has promoted Jake McCallon to branch manager of its Tulsa location and Nick Miller to branch manager of its South San Diego location.
McCallon holds a bachelor's degree in landscape management from Brigham Young University. He joined LandCare in October 2018 as a production manager in Dallas-Fort Worth, where he built operations experience in landscape construction, irrigation and site management. In January 2022, McCallon was promoted to account manager, where he helped grow and expand the company’s presence in Fort Worth. He completed LandCare's Accelerated Leadership Development Program as part of Cohort 2 in March 2025.
“Jake has been a constant force in our organization for seven years. He’s a steady leader who consistently delivers for both his team and his clients,” says Zach Belcher, Central Division Vice President. “He’s grown through nearly every layer of the business and brings a deep understanding of our operations and customer relationships. Jake is well positioned to lead our Tulsa branch.”
Miller holds a bachelor's degree in criminology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Before joining LandCare, he spent three years as operations manager at a commercial landscape company in Omaha and two years as an account manager at a landscape company in Nashville, where he managed high-profile corporate headquarters. Miller joined LandCare in February 2024 as an account manager. In October 2025, he completed LandCare's ALDP as part of Cohort 3.
“Nick is one of those leaders who makes everyone around him better,” says Alec Ryan, Southwest Division Vice President. “He’s earned the trust of both clients and field teams through consistent communication and accountability. He leads by example and will set a strong standard for the branch.”
