LandCare has promoted BJ Kelly to Northeast market vice president and Andrew Majczan to branch manager of its Allentown operations.
A 20-year green industry veteran, Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in education and general agriculture from Delaware Valley University. His career spans account management, operations and branch leadership roles, including service with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. Since joining LandCare in 2018 as branch manager at the Allentown location, Kelly strengthened operational performance and built long-standing client relationships, while developing his branch team with the skills to become leaders, like Majczan. As Northeast market vice president, he will oversee operations across New Jersey, Allentown and the Philadelphia metro area.
Majczan holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from Temple University and has 13 years of industry experience. He joined LandCare in 2020 as a production manager in the Allentown branch and was promoted to account manager in 2022. He completed LandCare's Accelerated Leadership Development Program as part of Cohort 3 in October 2025.
For its part, LandCare ranks No. 15 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list.
"Andrew's horticulture expertise and genuine care for his people, as well as customers, have prepared him well for his new role," said Mark Hopkins, LandCare's Chief Operating Officer. "He has a talent for building cohesive teams through positivity, which translates directly to the performance and quality we see across our properties. BJ has been instrumental in Andrew's development, and his ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams will drive growth across the entire Northeast region. These promotions demonstrate our commitment to creating clear pathways for advancement and investing in leaders who invest in their teams."
