LandOpt Launches Sales and Operations Tools

LandOpt, a provider of an on-demand business system to the landscaping industry, announced the launch of two new services: ESM (Enhanced Sales Management); and Sales COM, a Web-based confidential operating manual.

“The easy point and click graphical interface provides my staff the ability to quickly access information from anywhere there is an Internet connection,” says Kathy Miller, general manager of Miller Landscape, about Sales COM. “The portal provides our team with sales process, forms, and templates that lead to a better customer experience through a known process."

Delivered on demand via the Web, Sales COM will be made available to everyone within LandOpt's licensees' organizations, enabling professional and profitable customer attraction and retention activity. Ultimately, Sales COM will be integrated with Operations, Human Resources and Business Management COMs creating an end-to-end system that will allow licensees to respond to customers with speed and consistency.

The company also launched Enhanced Sales Management.

ESM arms licensees with automated proposal tracking and management. ESM bundles opportunities created in CRM into a single proposal, tracks basic proposal information, and relates executed agreements to their original proposals. ESM tracks a proposal’s status, and automatically updates the stage or status of associated opportunities and agreements as the proposal status changes.
