Landscape Workshop, a full-service grounds management company, has launched its Shared Prosperity Plan, a broad-based incentive plan providing full-time employees an opportunity to share in the company’s growth and financial success.
Landscape Workshop announced the program to employees at its General Managers’ Summit and all-Company meetings in Homewood, Alabama, on February 18.
“The single most important part of Landscape Workshop’s success to date has been our performance culture, where we expect and reward high performance from our team members,” says J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop. “The Shared Prosperity Program is a new level of commitment driving the rewards of ownership to our entire team. If we all perform, we can all win together.”
The program was developed in partnership with Ownership Works, a nonprofit that helps companies and investors launch broad-based employee ownership programs.
“We’re excited to partner with Landscape Workshop to establish the Shared Prosperity Plan, reflecting our belief in broad-based ownership and long-term alignment,” Natasha Li and Mike Nawrot from Ares Private Equity wrote in a joint statement. Ares Private Equity invested in Landscape Workshop in May 2025. “By expanding shared ownership across the organization, we’re recognizing the people behind Landscape Workshop’s success and reinforcing a culture built on pride, accountability, and shared purpose.”
