A landscaper lost his life Monday morning in a freak accident involving a lawnmower while he was on the Northwest Vista College Campus.
A spokesperson for Alamo Colleges told us the emergency call came in to dispatch at 9:30 a.m. when a bystander called 911.
The San Antonio Fire Department confirmed the man was crushed by the lawnmower. Alamo Colleges said it was a commercial lawnmower that you ride on, which is different from a residential one.
