An argument about mud and grass on a vehicle took place shortly before a man allegedly shot and killed a landscaper in Dayton last week.
Travis D. Jackson, 36, is facing two counts each of murder and felonious assault and one count of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises in the Thursday morning shooting.
Around 11:15 a.m., Dayton police responded to shooting reported in the first block of Indiana Avenue.
They arrived to find a man lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds, according to Dayton Municipal Court records.
Medics transported him to Miami Valley Hospital, where he died from his injuries.
