The Lawn & Landscape Media Group has announced that it will again partner with John Allin of the Snow Management Group, an internationally respected snow and ice management expert and author of Managing Snow & Ice, on a series of one-day Snow Management Seminars in September 2003.
The seminars will feature comprehensive information on how lawn care and landscape contractors can enhance existing snow and ice management services or successfully add them to their current service offerings. Attendees will walk away from the seminars with expanded knowledge on:
· How to improve operational efficiencies – routing, hiring, dispatching and working with subcontractors.
· Sharpening financial management practices and adding more to their bottom line.
· Identifying strategies for improving marketing efforts to secure additional contracts and how to add snow management to existing service offerings.
· Estimating, contract structure and how to value a piece of business.
· Applying what they have learned and raising the quality and effectiveness of their snow and ice management services.
