In just a few weeks, lawn care operators professionals can pick up a new book of advice from qualified professionals to guide their pest control-related work.
Come June, the Lawn & Landscape Media Group will release the Lawn & Landscape Technician’s Handbook. The paperback publication will provide technicians with unequaled information about the biology, behavior and physical characteristics of more than 100 insect pests frequently encountered in trees and ornamentals.
Included in the soon-to-be-released text are pest-identification tips and detailed individual pest profiles with accompanying illustrations and a full-color photo identification section featuring more than 50 insects.
Chapter topics include: integrated pest management, pest management materials, safety, turf insect pests and ornamental insect pests.
