Lawn & Landscape To Publish Interior Magazine

The inaugural issue of Interior Business will appear in May 2000 with a circulation of 6,000 owners, presidents and senior managers of professional interior landscape companies and exterior landscape companies with interior divisions. In addition to May, the magazine is scheduled to publish issues in July, September and November 2000 and plans call for an increase in frequency in 2001 to six issues.

"The debut of Interior Business magazine is the result of our identifying a growing need for quality, targeted information for this segment of the market, as well as numerous requests from current readers and suppliers," said Cindy Code, group publisher of the Lawn & Landscape Media Group. "With the introduction of Interior Business, we plan on addressing the concerns of the professional interior landscape contractor as well as the needs of the growing number of exterior contractors entering the interior market."

The editorial content of Interior Business will be devoted to the business management needs of interior landscape professionals. Each issue will feature special departments, such as Design Notebook, Market Trends, Interior Business Breaking News as well as contractor profiles, Association News, calendar of events, classifieds, people, guest columnists and an assortment of features surrounding the management of interior landscape businesses.

The publication has received the support of the Associated Landscape Contractors of America.
