Leaf Burrito reveals product enhancements at GIE+EXPO

The high-strength, sustainable yard debris bag received new handles on the 7-foot Leaf Burritos.

On the heels of leaf collection season, Leaf Burrito – a new yard debris bag designed for commercial landscapers and residential homeowners alike – showed GIE+EXPO attendees what the product is all about.

Company officials talked about the new ergonomic handles they added to the 7-foot-long Leaf Burrito bag. They also discussed the company's recent move to a production facility in Jamestown, Kentucky, and its co-branding partnerships with several green industry businesses.

The Leaf Burrito also comes in a 5-foot bag size, and both bags are designed with heavy-duty pull zippers and industrial-grade custom mesh. The bags can be custom-made with a landscaping company's logo and fit on golf carts or maintenance vehicles. While collecting yard debris like leaves, the bag unzips flat for easy bagging. The Leaf Burrito, which replaces tarps or plastic bags, is also a sustainable option for landscapers.

"Talking with our partners and seeing professionals’ response to our product at (GIE+EXPO) has confirmed the demand and need for Leaf Burrito," said Marc Mataya, the Leaf Burrito inventor and CEO. "We’ve just signed on with a leading trade industry catalogue and are consolidating relationships with two reputable lawn care companies on cross-sales opportunities."
