LESCO Announces Executive Management Team

With an eye on its strategic plan, LESCO bolstered its management team with employee appointments in marketing, operations and human resources. Bruce Thorn will serve as senior vice president, logistics and operations; Steven Cochran is senior vice president, marketing and strategic sourcing; and Maureen Thompson will hold responsibility as vice president, human resources.

"Their collective talents will be instrumental in executing our planned strategic, operational and cultural changes, resulting in improved customer service and maximization of shareholder value," said president and CEO Michael DiMino in an Aug. 27 press release.

Thorn joined LESCO in March and will play a key role in planning and organizing the company's distribution network. Cochran has been with the company since May and will assist in corporate growth, profitability and product line strategy. Thompson joined the organization in July and will take responsibility for planning, organizing and managing associate-related functions.
