Cleveland, Ohio – LESCO, Inc. has surpassed a significant milestone in its distribution efforts, opening service center No. 250 – and adding even more locations to the company’s nationwide network.
The distributor of lawn, golf and pest control products now boasts a system of 252 service centers throughout the country, with its most recent additions in Kaukauna, Wis.; Brookfield, Conn.; Pleasant Valley, Mo.; and Wilmington, N.C.
“The service centers are at the core of LESCO’s business strategy to serve lawn care, landscape, golf and pest control professionals across the country,” noted Michael DiMino, president and CEO. “Last year we renewed our commitment to this approach by opening more than 20 new locations. These new facilities resulted in nearly $10 million of sales for the company in their first year alone, which further reinforces the growth potential that exists for us.”
LESCO opened 21 service centers in 2003 and expects to open 25 to 30 new centers in 2004.
