Schill names director of operations

Schill Grounds Management has named Jason Dickey director of operations for the corporate and regional offices. Dickey has been with Schill since 2008, holding various positions within the company.

Prior to working at Schill, Dickey had more than 12 years of experience in the snow and landscape industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting.

Dickey’s goal is to continue developing and maintaining a productive, professional working relationship with crew members, management, office staff and clients while providing exceptional service. His responsibilities will be to coordinate with various department heads and ensure that all goals are being met.

Dickey is married to Heather and has two children; Kaylee 13 and Brennan 10. He spends his time outside of work coaching his son’s hockey league and a junior league. He has been involved with hockey since 2000.
