Company acquisition in northern Virginia

B. Rushing Lawn and Landscaping of Northern Virginia has acquired East Coast Professional Landscape. This is the first acquisition for the company, which has been in business for 21 years.

 

Patrick Russell, owner of East Coast Professional Landscape, will serve as an account manager for B. Rushing Lawn and Landscaping, and all employees will be staying on board.

 

Both companies provide full-service residential operations in northern Virginia, primarily Fairfax County. This acquisition will serve to enhance the benefits for both customers and employees.  Brandon Rushing and Patrick Russell have known each other for many years, having been in the same business peer group and having shared the same vision. 

 

“Both companies are similarly aligned and we really felt this was a win-win situation for all,” said Rushing. “I am looking forward to working with Patrick and continuing to provide excellent service to his customers.”
