Fred Haskett joins the Harvest Group

 

Most recently, Haskett was vice president of Landscape Development, a $45 million company based in Valencia, California. He spent much of his industry career with ValleyCrest’s franchise subsidiary U.S. Lawns, where he was responsible for a group of 28 separate franchise operations covering a nine state region. During his tenure he oversaw revenue growth of more than 282 percent and profitability growth of more than 50 percent. 

 

Haskett’s career spans both the lawn care and landscape maintenance industry segments. In 1980 he founded and grew Greenworld Lawn Care in Ohio, and in the early to mid 1990’s he served as director of operations for J C Ehrlich’s Green Team providing lawn and tree care services in the five mid-Atlantic states.

 

He has actively participated in association boards, committees and advisory groups including three terms on the board of directors of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), and two terms as the chairman of the lawn care specialty group. Haskett is a certified landscape manager, certified arborist, certified turfgrass professional and a NALP Trailblazer.
