Rotolo Consultants acquires Bay Landscape and Palm Service

SLIDELL, L.a. – Rotolo Consultants recently announced the acquisition of Bay Landscape and Palm Service, a commercial landscape and maintenance company based in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The acquisition was completed on Dec. 31. Bay Landscape represents RCI's second acquisition in 2018 and the fourth acquisition in the last two years. Bay Landscape, established in 1994, is a full landscape provider servicing the Florida panhandle. 

Based in Louisiana, RCI also has branch offices in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. RCI has an anticipated 2019 revenue in excess of $80 million and employs over 700 people across all branches. It was not disclosed how many people Bay Landscape employs or how much revenue it annually earns.
