Field staff skills training is a new two-day seminar for English and Spanish-speaking field staff, foremen, supervisors and grounds managers. The seminar covers skills that everyone needs to know. Field staff skills training is right before the landscape season starts, so make sure your employees are prepared for the busy landscape season by having them attend ILCA’s newest program.

- General equipment - mowers, edger/trimmer, power blower, chainsaw, handheld tools

- Plan reading Irrigation components/controller/lateral repair/head adjustment
- Tree planting and pruning demo
- First aid and safety
- General etiquette and customer service
- Proper cultural practices – mowing, watering, thatch control and fertilization
