Weed Man aims to hire thousands before spring

The business anticipates a high-demand spring lawn care season across the United States.

CLEVELAND – Weed Man USA wants to fill thousands of positions over the next few months, including those in customer outreach, sales and marketing, managerial and field positions. The franchise anticipates a high-demand spring lawn care season and needs additional workers.

The company currently has full- and part-time opportunities throughout Weed Man’s 520-plus territories and 131 franchise locations nationwide. The company expects to add 38 more locations in 2018.

Weed Man franchisees hire part-time and seasonal workers at the high school and college levels, as well as full-time experienced lawn care professionals. The company also provides an apprenticeship program to allow students to learn every aspect of the business, from working on lawns to marketing to administrative functions.
