WALLED LAKE, Mich. – Real Green Systems has announced the addition of Don Brown as their new president and chief operating officer (COO), effective Dec. 19, 2014. Don will be responsible for day-to-day operations and future business growth.
Joe Kucik, current corporate president and CEO, stepped down as president of the company he founded in 1984; however, he will continue in his current role as Real Green CEO, with focus on fostering successful customer relations and new software and service development. Moving forward, the Real Green Systems Leadership Team will report directly to Don.
Don Brown brings a wealth of experience to Real Green Systems in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, service and engineering. He began his career as a district account manager with Hobart Brothers, located in Troy, OH – rising through the ranks to attain increasingly responsible positions including vice president – automotive division and president of Latin American Operations at Fanuc Robotics in Rochester Hills, Mich.
Don was principle owner of Mercury Products and Services, headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. and most recently served as president of Energy Products located in Sterling Heights, Mich. His history of building and managing successful companies speaks to his fearless leadership; as well as his impressive knowledge and skills, which will be integral to the future success of Real Green.
