WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Michael Heiner recently joined Green Lawn Fertilizing as its corporate director of human resources.
In his new role, Heiner will oversee employee benefits, payroll, risk management, employee relations and all talent acquisition & development for both Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions.

Heiner has over 20 years of HR experience. He was most recently the corporate vice president of human resources and administration at a large HVAC and plumbing company. Before that, he spent over 14 years as the vice president of human resources for a leading food distribution company. That company more than doubled its size during his tenure.
Between Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions, Heiner will oversee roughly 80 new hires in 2019. Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions are currently hiring for multiple positions including lawn and pest technicians, sales and customer service.
