Presented by the Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association (MNLA), the Great Lakes Trade Expo is celebrating 93 years serving Michigan’s green industry.
The conference and trade show is taking place at Lansing Center in Lansing, Mich. from Monday, Jan. 26 thru Wednesday, Jan. 28. Registration for the event will be on site.
The event’s welcome reception and evening “Edutainment” will be held Monday from 4-6:30 p.m. and will feature Dr. Larry Helms presenting “Curmudgeons & Whippersnappers.”
Tuesday night will feature the Green Industry Leadership and Awards Reception, celebrating the industry’s achievements with Michigan state dignitaries. There will be an after party at the MSU Conservatory.
During the trade show, look for events such as the Landscape Challenge (held Tues. and Weds.), the Retail Garden Center Academy (held Tues. and Weds.), Green Industry Research Auction (Weds.), Hands-on education – My Favorite Plants (Weds.) and an ice cream social on Weds. to close the show.
