New scheduling software launched

Crew Control Software was designed to take the pain out of job scheduling by showing how much time your crews are spending on jobs, allowing managers and owners to work less in the business and have more time to work on it instead.

The software allows users to schedule recurring, seasonal, and one time jobs with the ability to drag and drop jobs and auto-route schedules with the click of a button. Dispatch schedules to crew tablets or mobile phones and view real-time updates that include crew clock in/out times, notes, and crew photos.

“This has been a great program that makes it very user-friendly for administrative use as well for our crews,” said Vanessa Sanchez, maintenance division coordinator for Rea Landscape Management.

Users can also view jobs being completed in real time and report on crew notes and job actual times vs. estimated time. View a list of your highest and lowest performing jobs and easily look up specific dates when customers are serviced.
