U.S. Lawns will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2011. The values and mission set by the company’s founders remain the same today and have guided U.S. Lawns to become one of the larger companies in the industry.
The Orlando-based company has 234 franchises in 35 states and is ranked 9th in Lawn & Landscape’s Top 100 list.
"Our 25th anniversary represents a milestone for the company, as well as for me personally,” said U.S. Lawns President Ken Hutcheson. “I am proud to have witnessed the exceptional growth of our dream and watched as the team delivered on its promise to all its stakeholders – customers, employees, franchisees and to the company as a whole. We may have more resources, volume and locations then we did in 1986, but our passion for the idea, and the entrepreneurial energy and commitment that is our foundation has not only remained intact, it has grown even stronger.
“We remain focused on our core business, which is serving the landscape management needs of the commercial market. The result of this focus is continued, sustainable, growth and solid, consistent profits. What do I attribute our success to? While the U.S. Lawns business model, which has been validated during the past 25 years, is the foundation for our success, the greatest factor is our team. Between our home office support team and our franchisees, we have talent that is unequaled in any service industry."
