YardApes has named Roberto Angulo its 2010 YardApe of the Year. Awarded to the employee who consistently demonstrates initiative, and who exceeds performance standards, the Ape of the Year recipient is determined by both customer and co-worker votes.
Angulo, who’s been with YardApes Inc. for seven years, is a landscape industry certified technician, holds an operator’s license in pest management and is presently working on his supervisor’s license.
The estate management foreman received 2008’s Ape of the Year award as well. The winner was formally announced at the company’s end of the year banquet, held at JD Tuckers restaurant in Washington Depot, Conn.
