Connecticut Irrigation Contractors Association offers scholarships

East Granby, CT – The Connecticut Irrigation Contractors Association (CICA) announced its 2018 Anderson/Hopkins Memorial CICA Scholarship is available. The scholarship was founded in 2008 in memory of two members, Joseph Hopkins and Jesse Anderson Jr.

The scholarships will be awarded July 29, 2018, at the CICA Family Day at Lake Compounce in Bristol, Connecticut.

Eligible applicants include immediate families of CICA members in good standing (dues paid), who are still dependents. CICA members must have been a member in good standing for no less than one year prior to application. For example, for this year the person must have been a member for the 2016-2017 period as well as 2017-2018.

Applications will be available March 2, and applicants must request an application prior to April 2. The deadline for submitting the applications is May 4.
