Project EverGreen’s Green Care for Troops has been selected as one of 20 finalists for the Joining Forces Community Challenge. The challenge was launched by First Lady Michelle Obama and Jill Biden to recognize citizens and organizations with a demonstrated, genuine desire to be of service to military families.
A list of 20 finalists was named after reviewing hundreds of submissions. Now the public can vote on the organization they think should receive the top honor. To vote, click here. The winner will be named March 26, 2012.
