SiteOne Landscape Supply acquires All Pro Horticulture

ROSWELL, Ga. – SiteOne Landscape Supply announced Wednesday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire All Pro Horticulture.

All Pro has one location on Long Island, N.Y., and is a distributor of agronomics and erosion control products in the metro N.Y. market. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
