ATLANTA, Ga. – Takeuchi-US has announced two personnel changes in their regional service territories. Robert Brooks has taken over duties as the southwest region service manager, and Chad Rackley holds the position as the southeast region service manager.
Brooks has been with Takeuchi for the past three years serving as the southeast region service manager. Brooks has more than 12 years experience in compact equipment repair and has been working in small engine repair for 30 years.
As Brooks moves to the southwest, Rackley was promoted to his previous position as the southeast region service manager. He has been working with Takeuchi for the past five years in the product support department and recently earned a Heavy Diesel Service Technician degree.
“Chad and Robert are more than qualified to help lead our team, and we look forward to their expertise as they strengthen our Regional Service Territories,” says Mike Ross, director of operations at Takeuchi-US. “Robert and Chad are very experienced in Takeuchi Product Support and both have displayed strong leadership throughout their time here. I have no doubt they will create a strong foundation for our team to stand on.”
