FALLS CHURCH, Va. — On Wednesday, March 4, the Irrigation Association will relocate its office to a new location in Fairfax, Va.
IA has been in its current location since 1999 in Falls Church, Va., when it had eight staff members and a budget of just under $1.4 million. Today, IA has 15 full-time and six part-time employees, and an annual budget of $3.5 million. The move will allow IA to better serve its members, host classes and meetings on-site, and accommodate future growth.
IA will be headquartered at 8280 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Suite 400, Fairfax, VA 22031. All IA phone and fax numbers will stay the same.
The offices will be closed for relocation on Wednesday and will re-open on Thursday, March 5. The IA website will also be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday. Staff members will respond to any messages received during the move when they return on Thursday.
