SipcamRotam fills seven key positions

The company entered into a joint venture one year ago.

DURHAM, N.C. – SipcamRotam has announced the addition of several new key personnel to drive growth and meet organizational objectives. SipcamRotam entered into a joint venture one year ago.

“Our goal has been to build a team for the future,” said Adam Burnhams, general manager. “We are excited to have these professionals join our effort to support and deliver value to our customers.”

As vice president of value added solutions, Doug Phelps will focus on key specialized solution-based products and services also known as biostimulants and biorationals. Phelps has spent the last 16 years with Horizon Ag Products, most recently serving as vice president sales and marketing.

Amy Frasier has been promoted to vice president of marketing. Frasier brings over 10 years of agriculture salesexpereince with DuPont Crop Protection. In addition, Marsha Fisher has been promoted to communications manager to support Fraiser’s efforts as vice president.

Bill Long and Reginald Young were added as account managers for crop protection sales. Long brings 13 years of agriculture experience with Dupont Crop Protection as well as 12 years with Griffin Crop Sciences. Young brings over 25 years of experience with Dupont Crop Protection. Young will serve the Southwestern region while Long serves the Delta region.

Sam Wineinger was named account manager for the Midwest and Mid Central U.S. for turf and ornamental sales.Wineinger brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including a golf course superintendent, distributor sales representative for Winfield Solutions and territory manager for Arysta.

Kelley Paris was added in customer service to support the additional sales staff. Paris brings extensive customer service experience from leading companies including Wells Fargo and General Mills.
