LIVINGSTON, Texas – Little Beaver, the premier manufacturer of earth drills and augers, has launched a how-to video series about maintaining its mechanical and hydraulic earth drills. The company has posted the series on Little Beaver’s YouTube channel and website.
Little Beaver developed the videos to aid operators and technicians in maintaining drilling equipment in construction, landscaping and fencing applications. In addition to step-by-step maintenance instructions, they provide information on best practices and tips for getting the most out of Little Beaver’s long-lasting equipment.
“These videos extend Little Beaver’s dedication to providing exceptional products and unmatched service for our customers,” Sales Manager Mike Hale said. “We created the series after our customers asked for tips on general maintenance, and they cover the most common maintenance topics for our equipment.”
The first video provides an in-depth tutorial on replacing the core of the flex shaft on the mechanical earth drill, with a Little Beaver expert performing each action. It also addresses possible issues or potential setbacks with advice on how to troubleshoot. Subsequent videos follow the same general format and include topics for auger assembly, clutch replacement, hydraulic earth drill maintenance, throttle inspection, and transmission, oil bath and gearbox replacement. The videos can be viewed at www.youtube.com/LittleBeaverInc or at http://www.littlebeaver.com/video/.
