Mainscape’s Eduardo Colon, North Tampa irrigation operations & central control manager, has earned Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) status awarded by the Irrigation Association.
In order to achieve the auditor classification, candidates must pass a three hour written examination and successfully complete a field audit. As Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditors, Colon is trained to statistically audit the performance of an irrigation system and make recommendations on how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an irrigation system. These recommendations help clients reduce irrigation water consumption and save money through better irrigation.
With this accomplishment, Colon joins only 57 other irrigation professionals to earn the CLIA designation in the State of Florida. Mainscape employs four other certified professionals in the State of Florida.
