FAIRFIELD, Ohio – FINN Corporation, a manufacturer of landscape and erosion control equipment, welcomes to its dealer network, Alta Equipment Company, a provider of industrial forklifts, heavy and compact construction equipment and warehouse solutions in the Midwest. From five Michigan locations, Alta will offer the full line of Finn equipment and products, including HydroSeeders, Straw Blowers, Bark Blowers, hydroseeding consumables, TRU-Mulch hydromulches and FINN Filter Sock.
"The Alta team is selective in adding new specialty products that complement our other product lines," said Mike Bills, Alta's vice president of sales. "As a leader in the industry, the FINN brand represents a premier line that perfectly complements our construction equipment products and will provide us with a unique line that matches well with the needs of our existing customers."
Alta Equipment's FINN territory covers the entire state of Michigan excluding the Upper Peninsula. Its locations carrying the FINN product lines are in New Hudson, Byron Center, Traverse City, Burton, and Romulus. In addition to the five locations carrying the FINN products, Alta has thirteen other locations covering Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, and it employs approximately 600 people.
“We look forward to working with Alta Equipment. It's an exceptional company that puts customer service first, and that is a key dealer trait for us,” said Matt Hoffman, FINN director of dealer development. “Alta has experienced tremendous growth the past five years, and we are excited with the prospect of partnering with a company that is able to effectively reach a variety of markets while promoting “Fostering Customers for Life” as the basis for their success.”
