KENT, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Company has announced the promotion of David Kalyan to district manager of the Boulder, Colorado, residential/commercial (R/C) office.
Kalyan started with Davey in 2003 as part of Davey’s acquisition of Boulder Tree & Landscape Company, where he had worked for 22 years. He was promoted to assistant district manager of the Boulder R/C office in 2016.
“David’s been an integral part of growing our Boulder office,” said Andrew Ferguson, operations manager, R/C services. “His 36 years of experience in urban forestry in Boulder County provides him with specific knowledge and experience to address the needs of clients in the Boulder area.”
Kalyan holds an associate’s degree in forestry from Paul Smith’s College. He is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and has been a member of the ISA since 1991.
