This event features two registration options:

Option 1 ($125): Participants will attend Day 1, which features tree-demo style education, gear selection, anchors, climbing systems, redirects and repositioning. No climbing experience required. This workshop is Friday, April 24 (8 a.m.-4 p.m.). Lunch is included.

Option 2 ($275): Participants must have one year of tree climbing experience in order to register for Option 2. Participants will attend both Day 1 and Day 2 (hands-on climbing with tailored instruction). This workshop is Friday April 24 (8 a.m.-4 p.m.) AND Saturday, April 25 (8 a.m.-2 p.m.). Lunch is included.

Both registration options come with the Tree Care Academy SRT Climber workbook manual and enrollment in TCIA's new SRT Climber Training Program. Instructors are Eric Whipple, CTSP and Michael Frankhauser, CTSP Candidate. Seven ISA and 7 CTSP CEUs will be awarded for the first day and 5.5 ISA CEUs and 5.5 CTSP CEUs will be awarded for the the second day

In case of rain on Day 1, the SRT training will take place indoors. In case of rain on Day 2 (hands on climbing), the SRT workshop instructors will determine if rain conditions create unsafe training conditions. If unsafe conditions cause the cancellation of the hands-on portion of Day 2, then a $75 credit will be issued for Day 2's registration fee.
