ATLANTA, Ga. – Planet Turf has joined United Turf Alliance (UTA) in an ownership position.
Planet Turf, owned by Jim Connolly, has been an independent dealer partner of UTA for four years. The company operates in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and parts of Montana and Wyoming, as well as internationally.
“Planet Turf strengthens the alliance and our position in the northwestern U.S. Jim’s success with our ArmorTech and Optimizer product lines is a platform from which Planet Turf can continue to develop additional business in their market area,” said UTA President Tim Zech.
Connolly views his ownership in UTA as an opportunity to provide his customers with more of the products they need.
“My successful partnership with UTA tells me that my company’s future business prospects are enhanced,” Connolly said. “Planet Turf customers, employees and my company as a whole will prosper from this new partnership. The access to the ArmorTech and Optimizer lines is integral to our future.”
